The window
The 60-day window starts on the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. We recommend keeping your order confirmation email handy since it shows the date the producer will reference.
How to request a refund
Refund requests are handled by the producer's customer support team, not by us. The processor that handled your payment will issue the refund directly to your original payment method.
Steps:
- Locate your order confirmation email (search your inbox for “GlycoPezil” or check your spam folder).
- Reply to that email with the words “Refund request” in the subject line, or use the support email address listed in the confirmation.
- Include your order number and the reason for the request. Reason is optional but helps the producer improve.
- Wait for confirmation of the refund processing. Banks typically show the credit within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
What we can help with

Shipping costs
US shipping is free on 4-bottle and 6-bottle bundles. Smaller orders may include shipping charges. Shipping fees may be non-refundable depending on the producer's policy at time of purchase. Your order confirmation will state the applicable terms.
Returns of unused product
The producer's 60-day money-back guarantee does not require physical return of partially used bottles for satisfaction-based refunds. Return instructions, if any, are provided by the producer's support team during the refund request.
